Stop forcing CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="install". If the user manually set
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX, then trust that he knows what he's doing.
This patch does NOT change the project's default value ("install") of
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.
