[libpng16] Reverted change of ifdef PNG_HANDLE_AS_UNKNOWN_SUPPORTED

to PNG_SET_UNKNOWN_SUPPORTED in pngpread.c; it led to the possibility of
calling png_handle_unknown() twice.
