a8c319a2b2 [libpng14] Fixed off-by-one bug in png_handle_sCAL() when using fixed point 
arithmetic, causing out-of-bounds read in png_set_sCAL() because of failure
to copy the string terminators (Franke Busse).

379d0160ea [master] Added const_png_structp and const_png_infop types, and used them in 
prototypes for most png_get_*() functions.
