93d6d9d835 [master] Define _ALLSOURCE in pngconf.h when building with nonANSI AIX compiler. 
otherwise AIX reserves "jmpbuf" and renames it to "__jmpbuf".

a24fc2e1d3 [devel] Removed -D_ALLSOURCE from configure.ac, makefile.aix, 
and CMakeLists.txt, and changed the name of png_ptr->jmpbuf in pngstruct.h
to png_ptr->png_jmpbuf.

and undid the linewrapping that it required.
Revised comments in pngstruct.h and pnginfo.h and added pointers to
the libpng license.
