John Bowler 40ca77a721 [libpng16] Improved pngstest speed by not doing redundant tests and add const

to the background parameter of png_image_finish_read. The --background
option is now done automagically only when required, so that commandline
option no longer exists.

This "contrib" directory contains contributions which are not necessarily under
the libpng license, although all are open source.  They are not part of
libpng proper and are not used for building the library.
