Glenn Randers-Pehrson f648294931 [libpng16] Removed call to png_read_start_image() from the fuzzer. In libpng16

it is an error to call that along with png_read_update_info().

This "contrib" directory contains contributions which are not necessarily under
the libpng license, although all are open source.  They are not part of
libpng proper and are not used for building the library, although some are used
for testing the library via "make check".
