Tests: More broadly use automapping binding/location.

This adds or changes binding/location decorations in 100s of shaders.
It also allows more output (spv.register.autoassign.rangetest.frag)
due to allowing ioMap() to fail.

Revert the commits that change OpArrayLength type and bumped the version number.

Now, version 5.* is all connected to making the uint type, which doesn't quite work.
Generator versions 4 and 6 do not do this.

Vulkan: Have desktop shaders respect precision qualifiers.

Sets highp defaults for the appropriate types, for all stages,
and turns on precision qualifiers for non-ES shaders. Required
fixing some qualifier orders for desktop built-in declarations
for pre-420 shaders.
