John Kessenich	457145ded5	Have block members use EvqVaryingIn rather than EvqIn, etc., confining the EvqIn-class of qualifier just to parameters and parse time (before it's known if something is a parameter). John Kessenich	f2ee3dd46a	Add full support for uniforms with initializers, including intra-stage link validation of aggregate constant initializers.
