Removed some single quotes from the changelog

objected even though they were in an "#if 0" block.

Added CgBI chunk detection
...
Apple's xcode SDK for iPhone inserts a CgBI chunk ahead of IHDR. There are
other changes that make the file unreadable by libpng so we detect
the chunk, list the remaining chunks, and abandon the file.

Eliminate "shadowed declaration" warnings from "gcc -Wshadow"
...
Removed some duplicate declarations ("int i;") and changed name
of some instances of "buffer" to "buff" when the shadowing declaration
was different (*char vs. png_bytep). Changed "gamma" to "png_gamma"
in pngset.c.

Added -newtimestamp and -oldtimestamp options and deprecated -time_stamp option
...
Default condition is -newtimestamp (output file will be timestamped with
the time it was recompressed). If the -oldtimestamp option is used, the
output file will be given the same timestamp as the input file, which was
the default condition for recent versions of pngcrush.
