Glenn Randers-Pehrson 81dab093fc [devel] Added "#ifdef _AIX; #define _ALL_SOURCE 1; #endif" to pngpriv.h, 
otherwise AIX reserves "jmpbuf" and renames it to "__jmpbuf".
