Glenn Randers-Pehrson df61a00acc [master] Revised scripts/makefile.netbsd, makefile.openbsd, and makefile.sco 
to put png.h and pngconf.h in $prefix/include, like the other scripts,
    instead of in $prefix/include/libpng.
